Step 1) Decide Your Brand ~ Phone consultation (please be near a computer with internet access)
-You will email us photos of yourself or links to previous work so we can get to know you.
-Discuss what you intend to showcase as characters.
-Decide on what characters you will want to create for the 4 scenes you will use in your reels.
(2 comedic, 2 dramatic or 3 and 1 depending on scene partner)
Step 2) Select Your Character ~ Rehearsal/Meet and Greet
-We will discuss with you what characters you will be needing in your reel to sell you in the best way to book a gig. We will want to see current or previous headshots, reels, videos... anything to give us an idea of your personality. We will make suggestions that you can take or leave. In the end it is up to you. What characters do you want to play?
-We will fill the scenes and once we fill your scene with a partner a script will be written around you and your partner(s).
-We will meet at a selected rehearsal space for you to meet your scene partners and workshop your scenes with each other. We will meet for 3 hours on a weeknight when most participants are available between 7pm and 10pm.
Step 3) Shoot Your Scenes (On the Lot)
-You will have 4 scene partners, on 4 different sets, 4 different characters, 4 different costumes.
-We will shoot for 12 hours. Come prepared. We will have basic snack and refreshments. Bring you cell phone charger.
*shoot date will be approximate depending on studio availability. Once we know the lot is ours to use you will be confirmed with a week notice. If you are unable to make the shoot please let us know the same we attempt to confirm to allow us time to replace you. We always are at the mercy of the studio so they may cancel the day before we are scheduled which means we will postpone shooting till a later date.
Step 4) Approve Final Edit ~ We will send you rough cuts of your reel online for your approval.
1st cut- Basic cut of scenes to show continuity and story (approve or rework)
2nd cut- Final cut of scenes with underscore and fx added in with color correction. (approve or rework)
3rd cut (optional) If anything made it through to 2nd cut that you clearly did not like we will rework it.
4th cut (or more) $50 per reworked version.
